NICMAR   B-Plan National Conference

NICMAR has been constituted as a nonprofit organization with the express objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism and skill formation at all levels of the construction and other allied industries. Besides that, NICMAR’s objectives include undertaking special projects, collaboration with other organizations, dissemination of knowledge through seminars/conferences, etc; publishing literature, undertaking consultancy NICMAR recognized as “Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO)” is very active in research and industrial problem solving in these areas.
Construction is the backbone of a country’s economic development. The B-Plan Competition of NICMAR (National Institute of Construction management and Research), Hyderabad provides the platform for the budding entrepreneurs of the construction industry. The business plan focuses on Identification of key problem areas, Developing a sustainable and a viable business model and finally marketing potential of the business model.
The young entrepreneurs will be given the opportunity to horn their skills by interacting with the best of entrepreneurs in this field. The B-plans will be screened based on a number of criteria by some of the most eminent entrepreneurs in the construction field. The most sustainable, viable B-plans staged will be acknowledged with awards, and the event shall bridge the gap between the young innovators and the construction industry entrepreneurs providing a forum for open discussion on the industry scenario. The industrialists can tap into the minds of the innovators and harvest the best of the ideas. The B-plans, which address to the need of the hour shall also be adopted by the industrialists.
